European stock markets closed higher Wednesday except for two exchanges.
The UK’s FTSE 100 decreased 10 points, or 0.13%, to finish the session at 7,898.
Germany’s DAX 30, on the other hand, rose 12 points, or 0.08%, to close at 15,895.
France’s CAC 40, meanwhile, added 15 points, or 0.21%, to reach 7,549 at the closing bell. Italy’s FTSE MIB rose 42 points, or 0.15%, to 27,933.
Spain’s IBEX 35 increased 72 points, or 0.77%, to close at 9,494.
However, the STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, was down 0.5 points, or 0.1%, to close nearly flat at 468.13.
