European stocks close higher Tuesday except STOXX 600

European stocks closed with gains Tuesday, except the STOXX 600.

The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, fell 0.27 points, or 0.06%, to 444.45.

The UK’s FTSE 100, on the other hand, increased 12 points, or 0.17%, to end the session at 7,484.

Germany’s DAX 30 added 14 points, or 0.09%, to close at 15,142. France’s CAC 40, meanwhile, rose 10 points, or 0.14%, to finish at 7,088.

Italy’s FTSE MIB was the best performer of the day, soaring 122 points, or 0.47%, to 26,329.

Spain’s IBEX 35 jumped 38 points, or 0.43%, to 8,944.
