PKK supporters injure man after he cast vote for Turkish presidential election in Brussels

Supporters of the PKK terrorist organization in Brussels injured a young man after he cast his vote for the second round of Turkish presidential election late Wednesday.

The youth was attacked with a sharp object when he left the Brussels Expo polling center, and was wounded in the face.

Tensions arose after the incident between the attackers, and those who supported the injured man.

Witnesses said the attackers and their supporters chanted slogans in favor of the PKK, which is listed as a terrorist organization by Türkiye, the US and EU. They also damaged vehicles parked on the street.

Police separated the confronting groups and defused the tension.

The injured man was taken to hospital.
